09 / From the owner

Locally owned, not a national chain

We began with a single truck and a few restrooms, and that same hands-on approach hasn't changed. When you pick up the phone, you reach me or somebody I'd send to my own home. We're a family operation, so if something isn't right with a unit, we take responsibility and make it right that same day.

The entire schedule lives on a single board in our office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we tell you Tuesday morning, that's exactly when we show up. If anything gets delayed, I reach out to you before you need to reach out to us.

Questions

Frequently asked

Something else? Call (267) 363-3078.

What are the requirements for the drop-off location?

A flat, solid surface that a service truck can access, free of overhead wires and set apart from any excavation work.

How much lead time do I need for a weekend event?

Aim for two to three weeks ahead during the spring and summer months. For holiday weekends, reach out earlier.

What is the servicing frequency?

All rentals come with one service visit per week. High-traffic locations and larger crews can schedule an additional weekly visit.

How do extended rentals work?

We assign a fixed weekly service day and leave the restroom in place until you contact us for removal.

Are ADA-accessible restrooms available?

Yes. Our ADA-accessible restrooms feature step-free entry, an oversized door, grab bars, and enough space to turn a wheelchair.
